Order Process

We no longer require you to register to be able to shop on on our website. If you have registered on our site then please Login to your account which will enable you to view your order history and update your account if required.
Place your order as per one of the methods below and complete the checkout procedure.
We will send you an email to confirm the order. This email contains important information. Please keep it safe.

How to Order - You can order any of our products in 3 ways:
1. Online:  Simply add the items to your basket and complete checkout and payment via the Secure payment terminal.
2. By Post or Collection:  Simply add the items to your basket and complete checkout. Select the 'Print Order Form' to enclose with your payment. You may pay by Cheque or Postal Order - made payable to Inkylicious. You can also choose the ''Collect in Person Option" if you do not require delivery.
3. Telephone:  You can telephone us on 01924 478398 Monday to Friday 10am - 5.30pm to place your order.

Delivery Information
Collection is available from our Shop in Batley, West Yorkshire.
You are more than welcome to order your items online and collect from our shop. To use this facility simply add your items to your basket and during 'Checkout' simply select the 'Collect in Person' option in the 'Postage' box.
You can pay for your order online or use the 'Print Order' form to bring with you if you would prefer to 'Pay on Collection'.

Orders where the 'Print Order and Pay on Collection' has been selected will only be set aside for 3 days.  If the order has not been collected within that time or you have not contacted us to arrange your collection then the order will be cancelled - this is to prevent stocks from being made unavailable to other customers.

Dispatch Time
All orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 days or sooner where possible.

We try and keep all goods from all different companies in stock but if an item is out of stock we order direct from the distributor or manufacturer. This can take a few days or a few weeks depending on the supplier and the time of year.
We will email if there will be a delay and you may either cancel the order or we will send the backorder as soon as we receive it.

Please note that some items may be indicated as being a 'delayed dispatch' item. An estimated dispatch time for these items may be indicated in the description of the item.
You can request that any delayed dispatch items be sent on when ready, rather than holding up your entire order. We will then dispatch these items via as soon as stock arrives.

Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands) and BFPO (UK Only) - we are happy to quote for European deliveries.

Free deliveries
Free deliveries are available when you spend £15* or more in a single transaction.
For orders of less than £15* a standard charge of £1.50 is applied per order.
Free deliveries are not applicable to Ink Pad Racks, Craft Racks or Ribbon Racks. Please see the delivery information on www.craftracks.co.uk regarding Delivery costs for these items.

Delivery Services Used
Orders are usually sent by first class post. Delivery for most orders will be through Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Large or heavy items may be sent via a courier service.
Royal Mail quote standard 1st class delivery as: 1-2 working days. Standard Cost £1.50 - Free* for any order over £15* or more in a single transaction.
Post sent in the UK is priced by size as well as weight. Most of the orders when packed are over 25 mm deep and are classed as packets.

Please note the following: Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2.30pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2.30pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 2.30pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Larger deliveries and higher value items may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.

When placing your order online for the first time and paying via Credit or Debit card, the order will only be dispatched to the cards registered address, for subsequent orders you may specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
Royal Mail will only deliver to BFPO address located in the UK.

The minimum order value to qualify for the free delivery offer may vary for promotional offers.

Tracking your order
If you have rgeistered on our site then you will be able to track your order by visiting 'Your Account' , signing in and clicking on Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed, when the payment has been authorised and then when the order has been despatched.
