Order & Delivery

Here at Inkylicious we appreciate you would far rather spend your money on Crafting Goodies than Postage and Packaging. Unfortunately it costs us to pack and send your items out, we don't hide postage costs in inflated product prices. Royal Mail isn't free and has dramatically increased their prices over the last few years but we try to be fair and only charge 1 basic fee of £3.00 per UK order no matter how large or small.

Our office hours are 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday. Visiting us: Please note we are a manufacturing unit with an online internet based shop, we do not have a regular retail shop for you to visit.

For postal reasons all orders received after 12pm will be classed as being received on the next working day. Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 12.00pm on Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed by us until the following Monday.

Where we deliver:
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom postal regions (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands) Jersey & Guernsey. All off-shore orders must be for standard UK postal parcel sizes which are sent through Royal mail and do not include large items such as Craft racks or storage products. Craft racks are not available for any offshore delivery such as UK Isles etc.

We will dispatch to a UK billing address provided by you on our website at the time of order.


Deliveries Outside of the UK:  Please order by following the procedure as set out on our 'International Order Info page'.

As per our Terms & Conditions: We reserve the right to cancel an order where the delivery Country has been misrepresented during checkout. Paypal fees for the transaction placed are non-refundable.

We will only ship international orders to the card billing address. No PO Boxes.


We are an online manufacturer based shop. You may pay for your order online by secure SSL with a credit or debit card. We do not accept cheques. We Do Not Operate a Telephone Order facility. Please place your order online as shown in the information below:

All prices on our website are in UK £ GBP and include VAT UK 20%, the shopping Cart and Checkout pages prices are shown exc Vat (Net) and a seperate charge for VAT (UK only) will be shown.

You may use our currency converter whilst shopping to show the approx cost in other currencies but checkout & payment will be in UK £ pounds. Paypal will convert your currency to UK GPB £ using their current set exchange rate.

Order Process:

  1. Place goods in your basket. You can view the contents of your basket at any time whilst browsing the store.
  2. When you are ready to checkout click the 'View Basket' , check your basket contents are correct and scroll down and click either the 'Online Checkout' button or you may go directly through to Paypal using the Paypal button. You may add or remove items in your basket prior to starting checkout but once checkout is completed you will need to create a new order for any further items.
  3. Checkout: Enter your billing/delivery details as requested. Please Note: * Due to security and anti-fraud, orders will only be shipped to the registered billing address of the credit/debit card or payment method used.
  4. An account is not required to shop on our website and you can checkout as a guest. During checkout you are given the option to register for an account or you can simply continue to checkout as a guest. If you have previously ordered and registered an account you can log in here to automatically fill in your details.
  5. Proceed to payment. Once completed you will be returned to our store.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you begin the checkout process any stock placed in your shopping basket is removed from sale and is not available for any other customer to purchase, if your order is not completed and still remains unpaid after a set period of time, then the order and contents of your shopping basket are automatically cancelled and cleared in order to free up the stock to allow other customers to purchase.

Due to Data Protection & GDPR laws You can not create an account on our site without first placing an order.
Registration is a quick and simple process when placing any order and once registered you will have your own account where you can log in to view your past and present orders, amend your details and general information. Please ensure you register with a genuine email address as all order and payment confirmations are sent to your registered email address.

If you are using Hotmail/Live/Outlook email addresses :- due to MSN security features and to ensure you receive your order status emails (Order Received, Order Payment Receipt, Order Dispatch) please ensure you add our domains:  inkylicious.co.uk and inkylicious-crafts.co.uk to your safe sender list, if this is not completed you might not receive our emails , always check your Spam/Junk folder.

Please do not duplicate accounts, if you change address or other personal details these can be updated within your account. If you forget your password please use the 'Password Reset' link.
Registering on our site enables us to serve you as a customer more efficiently and you can rest assured that your personal details are kept in the strictest of confidence and are not passed or sold to any other 3rd party. We have a strict 'Privacy Policy'.

Please ensure your address details on our website when registering, placing or paying for your order are correct. Please note under UK law that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and correct. Inkylicious will not be liable for replacement or refund of any missing items with an incorrect shipping address.

IMPORTANT: we only use the Billing/Delivery addresses as entered in our store when placing your order.
You will receive an email confirming your order and when payment has been received we will send you an email to confirm the payment. These emails contain important information. Please keep them safe.

Registered accounts that do not have any activity in over a year may automatically be removed.


Payments:
Online:  Simply add the items to your basket and complete checkout and payment via the Paypal SSL Secure payment terminal.

Our store uses the PayPal card services to process online debit and credit card payments using encrypted SSL. On the payment screen you can select to either pay by your credit or debit card or for those who wish to or already have set one up - can use a Paypal account. An account is NOT required with either us or with Paypal to shop at Inkylicious. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

PLEASE NOTE: Paypal does not share your financial and personal information with the merchant (Inkylicious). Please do not use, amend or update any email or delivery address within Paypal for your order - under GDPR data protection rules this information is not passed to us, we only use the email and Billing/Delivery addresses as entered in our store at the time of placing the order.

Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction from Paypal as well as an order and payment confirmation email from ourselves.

Duplicated Orders: If you have mistakenly duplicated an order (where you have placed and paid for the same order twice) the first order will be the prevailing order and any subsequent orders will be cancelled and (if paid for) refunded. We reserve the right to deduct any non-refundable processing fees associated with your order that have been charged to us such as Card processing fees, Paypal processing fees.


Delivery & Order Info:
As we are primarily a manufacturer and a lot of time is spent in our workshops. We aim to dispatch as soon as possible normally within 5 working days and not later than 10 working days after you have placed and paid for your order, unless a later date has been pre-arranged by you with us. For postal reasons all orders received after 12pm will be classed as being received on the next working day. Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 12.00pm on Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed by us until the following Monday.

During busy periods such as exhibitions, TV shows and events and public / staff holidays etc then we aim to send as soon as possible. *Delays in dispatch due to exhibitions where possible will be stated on the main page of the website. Exhibition shows we are attending will be stated on the 'Events' page of the website.

Our normal business hours are 10am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Where possible we will endeavour to dispatch your purchases as one whole order, in certain circumstances where items are in production we may split the order into several packets so we can ship your order as soon as possible with any remaining items to follow.

Pre-order items are NOT IN STOCK yet but will show an anticipated due date. If your order contains 'Pre-order' and 'In stock' items then your order will not be dispatched until all the items are in stock. If your order only contains 'Pre-Order' items, these will be sent as soon as the stock arrives.

Delivery Services Used:
Orders are usually sent by Royal mail packets/parcel service. Larger or heavy items may be sent via a courier service.
Royal Mail quote standard packet/parcel delivery as: up to 2-5 working days.

Post sent in the UK is priced by size as well as weight. Most of the orders when packed are over 25 mm deep and are classed as packets or parcels.
Please note the following: Order cut-off for all delivery services is 12.00pm (UK time). Orders received after 12.00pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day. Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Orders placed after 12.00pm on Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday.

Larger deliveries and higher value items may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they should leave a card for you telling you where it is.

We will dispatch to a UK address provided by you on our website at the time of order, Please do not use or amend any delivery address within Paypal - under GDPR data protection rules this information is not passed to us, we only use the Billing/Delivery addresses as entered in our store at the time of placing your order.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
Royal Mail will only deliver to BFPO addresses located in the UK.

Please ensure your address details on our website when registering, placing and paying for your order are correct. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and correct. Inkylicious will not be liable for replacement or refund of any missing items with an incorrect shipping address.
Orders returned to us by Royal Mail or Couriers as unable to be delivered or not collected by the customer will be refunded less the P&P we have paid and any payment processing fees for the order.

Follow your order:
We will send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when your order is placed, when the payment has been processed and when the order has been completed and dispatched. If you have registered on our site then this information will also be in your 'Order history' in 'Your Account'.


Parcels not yet received:
We aim to dispatch as soon as possible normally within 3-5 working days and not later than 10 working days after you have placed and paid for your order. Please bear in mind most orders are sent as packets or parcels and as such Royal mail under their new delivery rules quote 2-5 days after dispatch for delivery. If Royal mail are unable to deliver your parcel they may try to leave it with a neighbour or return it to the sorting office, the postman does not always leave a card advising of this and often customers who have not received their parcels will find they are awaiting collection at their local sorting office. If you have not received your item within these time frames, please as a first option - contact your local sorting office who should be able to assist you and check if your parcel is there.

Royal mail does not class an item as missing until 14 clear working days after the posting date. If you still have not received your order and 14 clear working days since dispatch have passed, please contact our support team and we will be able to start a parcel not received process.


Your Right to Cancel / Returning Products:
On-line Sales: We are sure you will enjoy your purchase but if you change your mind under the 'Distance Selling Regulations' - you may request to cancel your order by emailing us at any time within 14 days. We reserve the right to deduct any non-refundable processing fees associated with your order that have been charged to us such as Card processing fees, Paypal processing fees.

If your item has already been dispatched/delivered you will be issued a returns number which should be enclosed with your return item/s/parcel.
Following such notice any goods delivered to you must (except where goods are proven to be faulty) be returned at your own expense. The goods must be received back by us, unused, un-opened and in 'As New' saleable condition, in the manufacturer's or seller's original packaging by a suitable delivery service at your own expense.
Under no circumstances, other than in the event of faulty goods, will refunds be considered where the manufacturer’s seal or packaging has been broken or interfered with.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount where the goods returned are not in the above condition.

The goods you return are your responsibility until received by us.  We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to us or if the item is lost or broken by your chosen return method during its return - proof of posting will not be accepted for any returns not received, you would need to claim from the postal service used to return the item/s. We would recommend using an insured service for items of value over Royal Mails standard £21 compensation.

Product/s that were purchased and delivered with a promotional Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased.

Upon our receipt of any returned goods, a refund or credit note for the price paid for the returned item/s - excluding postage will be placed on your Inkylicious account. Credit notes can be used against future orders.

Craft Shows/Exhibitions: Goods purchased at Craft exhibitions fall under 'Off-Premises' sales. As they have been purchased directly in person the 'Distance Selling Regulations' do not apply. If you wish to return an item purchased at these events please contact us. You must include a copy of all sales and payment method receipts. The goods must be received back by us, unused, un-opened and in 'As New' saleable condition, in the manufacturer's or seller's original packaging by a suitable delivery service at your own expense. We will only issue credit notes for non faulty items which may be used against another purchase on our website.

Our Right to Cancel / Refund
We reserve the right to cancel or refund your order or part of your order if any of the goods you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information made by us and or received by us from our suppliers.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to shopping cart software errors.
We also reserve the right to cancel or refund part of your order if any of the goods you have ordered have become unavailable or have been discontinued.
If we do cancel or have to refund your order / part order, we will refund your account any sum paid as soon as possible normally within 14 days but in any event within 30 days of your order. Please note it can take up to 5 working days to days to show back on your payment method.
You will not be entitled to any additional compensation for disappointment or loss suffered.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where the delivery Country has been misrepresented during checkout. Paypal fees for the order placed will be non-refundable.


Damaged Goods:
If your goods have arrived damaged in transit, you must notify us by e-mail as soon as possible but no later than 3 days after receipt of the goods and a picture of any damage. We will try to rectify the situation for you and if possible a replacement of the item.
If you are requested to return the damaged item/s please return it/them and ensure you obtain a 'Proof of Posting' from the post office, we will issue either a replacement or refund for the items and a refund of standard 2nd class postage when the damaged items have been received back.  Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.


Incorrect Orders, Missing Items, Faulty Products, Problems with Products:
If something should go wrong please contact  support@inkylicious-crafts.co.uk  and remember to include your order reference number or if purchased at an exhibition a copy of your sales receipt.
Please include a picture of any incorrect/faulty items and a brief description of the problem. We will reply to you as soon as possible, hopefully with an instant resolution. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately by ourselves, we will keep you informed of what action we are taking to rectify and put the matter right for you.

Products manufactured by Inkylicious, such as stamps & stencils etc are guaranteed for 12 months. If your product develops a fault within this time period please contact us with your order number and details of the fault and a picture of the faulty item, we will then advise on the return and either repair or replacement of the product.

Faulty products other manufacturers: please contact us with your order number and details of the fault and a picture of the faulty item, if requested to do so, goods must be returned. Upon receipt of any faulty products returned, once checked and found to be faulty, we will either repair or issue a replacement of the item.

Products not manufactured by Inkylicious, such as Ink pads, Pens inks etc are normally covered by their respective manufacturers guarantees, these may vary by company but can be found on their respective website i.e: Ranger.com.

If you are requested to return an item please return it and if possible obtain a 'Proof of Posting' from the post office in case of loss. We will either replace the item/s to you or issue a refund for the item/s and a refund of standard 2nd class large letter postage when the item/s have been received back.


Mistakes do happen and we apologise but please advise us if you are missing an item from your order or received an incorrect item. Please contact us within 48 hrs of receipt of your order, include your order number and a picture of any incorrect item you have received.
As per the Terms & Conditions on our website, you are required to return any incorrect item/s/orders before any replacements will be sent, we will either send out the correct item/s to you or issue a refund for the item/s you did not receive. We will issue a refund of 2nd Class Std postage when the incorrect item/s/order have been received back. If you choose to return by any other method or class of service this will be at your expense, the most we will refund returns is for Std 2nd class postage.
Under UK Law we are not obliged to send out replacement items until any incorrect items have been received back.

Please do not open or use incorrect item/s/orders mistakenly sent and received as under UK Law - you will be deemed to have accepted the incorrect item/s/order. Incorrect items received back that have been opened/used will not be refunded.

Product/s that were purchased and delivered with a promotional Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased.

Liability & Events outside our control:
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, third party default, Royal mail strikes, Courier delivery delays, industrial actions or disputes and incorrect postal addresses provided by you.

We shall have no indirect or consequential liability to you in regards to missing, incorrect or faulty products. You will not be entitled to any additional compensation for disappointment or loss suffered.

Applicable Law
All transactions undertaken through this web site are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.

These Terms & Conditions will not in any way infringe or reduce your statutory rights.
