Here at Inkylicious we appreciate you would far rather spend your money on Crafting Goodies than Postage and Packaging. Unfortunately it costs us to pack and send your items out, Royal Mail isn't free and have dramatically increased their prices but we try to be fair and only charge 1 basic fee of £2.50 per UK order (inc MDF Craft racks) no matter how large or small (this offer does not include the pre-built solid pine Craftracks which due to their size and weight are sent via a courier service and incur an additional £7.50 courier charge).

As we are a manufacturing unit - We Do NOt Operate a Telephone Order facility. Please place your order online as shown in the information below:

Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands) and BFPO (UK Only). Jersey & Guernsey and off-shore orders must be for standard UK parcel sizes which are sent through Royal mail and do not include large items such as Craft racks or storage products.

We will dispatch to a UK address provided by you on our website at the time of order, Please do not use or amend any delivery address within Paypal - this information is not passed to us, we only use the Billing/Delivery addresses as entered in our store.

Deliveries to Europe & Abroad:
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER AND PAY ON THE WEBSITE IF YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS NOT IN THE UK. We currently do not ship outside the UK. Any orders placed and paid for on our website to delivery outside the UK are automatically cancelled and refunded LESS any non refundable Paypal fees incurred - Paypal may take up to 30 days to refund your payment.

For customers in the USA - please visit Simon Says Stamp who stock a number of our products.

Craft racks are not available for any offshore delivery such as UK Isles etc.

We are an online internet based shop. You may pay for your order online by secure SSL with a credit or debit card. We do not accept cheques.

Visiting us - Please note: We are a manufacturing unit with an internet based shop and not a regular retail shop for you to browse or call in. Under Health & Safety law we can not allow visitors in to our manufacturing units.

Order Process
We require you to register to be able to shop on on our website. If you have registered on our site then please Login to your account which will enable you to view your order history and update your account if required.
Place your order as per one of the methods below and complete the checkout procedure.
When payment has been received we will send you an email to confirm the order. This email contains important information. Please keep it safe.

How to Order: As we are a manufacturing unit - We Do NOt Operate a Telephone Order facility. Please place your order online as below:

Online:  Simply add the items to your basket and complete checkout and payment via the Paypal SSL Secure payment terminal.

Paypal Card processing services: Our store uses the PayPal card services to process online debit and credit card payments using a secure encrypted SSL. During the payment process you are transferred over to Paypals own SSL payment server, you may be given the option to create or log in to a PayPal account, however A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED to shop at Inkylicious - simply select the 'Checkout as a Guest / Pay by Debit or Credit Card' link.
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you pay by PayPal, your financial and personal information is NOT shared with the merchant (Inkylicious). Please do not use or amend any email or delivery address within Paypal - this information is not passed to us, we only use the email and Billing/Delivery addresses as entered in our store at the time of placing your order.
Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction from Paypal as well as an order confirmation from ourselves.

If Paypal processing services are unavailable you may place your order online and contact us to complete payment by Telephone but this is ONLY when the Paypal processor service is not available. We are only able to accept Debit cards for Telephone payments and you must ensure you have placed your order online prior to calling.

Delivery & Order Info
All orders (excluding Craft Racks) a
re normally processed for dispatch within 2-3 working days but during busy periods such as TV shows, bank holidays, public holidays, exhibitions and events etc then we aim to send within 7 working days or as soon as possible. *Delays in dispatch due to exhibitions where possible will be stated on the main page of the website. Exhibition shows we are attending will be stated on the 'Events' page of the website.
Craft storage racks are up to 5 working days dispatch.
We try and keep all goods from all different companies in stock but if an item is out of stock we order direct from the distributor or manufacturer. This can take a few days or a few weeks depending on the supplier and the time of year.

Delivery Services Used
Orders are usually sent by Royal mail first class packets. Larger or heavy items may be sent via a courier service.
Royal Mail quote standard 1st class parcel delivery as: up to 2-3 working days.
Post sent in the UK is priced by size as well as weight. Most of the orders when packed are over 25 mm deep and are classed as packets.
Please note the following: Order cut-off for all delivery services is 12.00pm (UK time). Orders placed after 12.00pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day. Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 12.00pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Larger deliveries and higher value items may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they should leave a card for you telling you where it is.

We will dispatch to a UK address provided by you on our website at the time of order, Please do not use or amend any delivery address within Paypal - this information is not passed to us, we only use the Billing/Delivery addresses as entered in our store.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
Royal Mail will only deliver to BFPO address located in the UK.

Please ensure your address details on our website when registering, placing and paying for your order are correct. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and correct. Inkylicious will not be liable for replacement or refund of any missing items with an incorrect shipping address.
Orders returned to us by Royal Mail or Couriers as unable to be delivered or not collected by the customer will be refunded less any P&P paid. The minimum order value to qualify for the free delivery offer may vary for promotional offers.
Follow your order
You will be able to follow your order by visiting 'Your Account' , sign in and clicking on Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed, when the payment has been authorised and made and then when the order has been completed.

Parcels not yet received:
All orders are normally dispatched within 3-7 working days - except as mentioned above on this page - in which case items may be up to 10 day dispatch. Please bear in mind most orders are sent as parcels and as such Royal mail under their new delivery rules quote 2-4 days after dispatch for 1st class parcel delivery. If Royal mail are unable to deliver your parcel they may try to leave it with a neighbour or return it to the sorting office, the postman does not always leave a card advising of this and often customers who have not received their parcels will find they are awaiting collection at their local sorting office. If you have not received your item within these time frames, please as a first option - contact your local sorting office who should be able to assist you and check if your parcel is there.

Royal mail do not class an item as missing untill 15 clear working days after the posting date. If you still have not received your order and 15 clear working days since dispatch have passed, please contact our support team and we will be able to start a parcel not received process. 

Please ensure your address details when registering, placing and paying for your order are correct. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so due to an incorrect postal addresses provided by you. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and correct. Inkylicious will not be liable for replacement or refund of any missing items dispatched to an incorrect shipping address.

Orders returned back to us by Royal Mail due to incorrect delivery address will be refunded less the P&P paid.

Parels sent by courier services are usually a signed for next day service but this is not a guaranteed service, you will be emailed any tracking details and a contact number for the delivery service used, in order to track and confirm the delivery date direct with the couriers either online or by telephone. In the event your parcel has not arrived please use the tracking details we have sent you to check and confirm the delivery schedule and delivery date.

Incorrect Orders, Missing Items, Faulty Products, Problems with Products:
If something should go wrong please don't hesitate to contact support@inkylicious-crafts.co.uk. Please remember to include your order reference number or if purchased at an exhibition a copy of your sales receipt. Please include a picture of any faulty items and a brief description of the problem.
We will reply to you as soon as possible, hopefully with an instant resolution. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately by ourselves, we will keep you informed of what action we are taking to rectify and put the matter right for you.

Products manufactured by Inkylicious, such as stamps & stencils etc are guaranteed for 12 months. If your product developes a fault within this time period please contact us support@inkylicious-crafts.co.uk with your order number and details of the fault and a picture of the faulty item.

Products not manufactured by Inkylicious, such as Ink pads, Pens inks etc are normally covered by their respective manufacturers guarantees, these may vary by company but can be found on their respective website i.e: Ranger.com.

If you are missing an item from your order please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

If you have received an incorrect product please advise us using support@inkylicious-crafts.co.uk with your order number and details. If you are requested to return an incorrect item/s please return it/them and ensure you obtain a 'Proof of Posting' from the post office, we will issue a refund for the item you did not receive and a refund of the return postage you have paid when the items have been received back. Please email a copy of the the 'Proof of Posting' so we can issue a refund. If we have sent you a 'Pre-paid returns' label we do not require a Proof of Posting as the label will be trackable barcoded and postage already paid.

Please do not use incorrect items received as under trading standards - you will be deemed to have accepted the incorrect item.

Your Right to Cancel / Returning Products
We are sure you will enjoy your purchase but if you change your mind under the 'Distance Selling Regulations' - you may request to cancel your order by emailing us at support@inkylicious-crafts.co.uk at any time within 14 days. If your item has already been dispatched/delivered you will be be issued a returns number which should be enclosed with your return item/s.
Following such notice any goods delivered to you must (except where goods are proven to be faulty) be returned at your own expense. The goods must be received back by us, unused, un-opened and in 'As New' saleable condition, in the manufacturer's or seller's original packaging by a recorded delivery service at your own expense.
The goods you return are your responsibility until received by us so we strongly recommend using a trackable signed for service, such as recorded delivery (to ensure it's arrival at our warehouse). 
We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken by the carrier during it's return - proof of posting will not be accepted for any returns not received.
Under no circumstances, other than in the event of faulty goods, will refunds be considered where the manufacturer’s seal has been broken or the packaging interfered with.
A refund of the price paid will then be made within thirty days of your notice only upon our receipt of the returned goods.
