Terms & Conditions

Our website is provided to you for your personal use subject to the following terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and changes will take effect when displayed on this web site.
You should read these terms and conditions whenever you visit this web site as by using the web site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In these terms: "Goods" means the products offered for sale by us on the Inkylicious retail web site and the subject of any orders made by you.
"You" means the person ordering goods from us.
"We" or "us" or "our" or "seller" means Inkylicious Crafts - see our 'Customer Service' page for full contact details.

Descriptions and Pictures
Pictures, Photographs and charts may not be to scale and some variations in appearance and colour may occur due to customers own monitor styles, settings and differences.
Manufacturers specifications are subject to change without notice, where possible if we have been given prior notice from such manufacturers, we will advise you of any known differences at the time of your order and you will have the opportunity to either continue or cancel the order.

Invitation
Our website invites you to buy goods from us.
A legally binding contract between you and the seller for the sale of any goods will only arise when we the seller has received the order and accepted your order by way of dispatch of the goods.
Payment of your order does not signify our acceptance of the order. Please also see 'Our Right to Cancel'.
By entering into this contract you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
Receipt of your order from this web site will be acknowledged by email to the e-mail address given by you when placing your order.

Prices and Guarantees
All goods offered on this site are brand new and sold packaged as such.
Products manufactured by Inkylicious, such as stamps & stencils etc are guaranteed for 12 months. If your product developes a fault within this time period please contact us.
Products not manufactured by Inkylicious, such as Ink pads, Pens inks etc are normally covered by their respective manufacturers guarantees, these may vary by company but can be found on their respective website i.e: Ranger.com.
All prices include Value Added Tax at the prevailing current rate if applicable and delivery charges to the UK mainland are stated if and where applicable.
An additional charge will be made for delivery to any address outside mainland UK.
If you are a customer outside the UK you may have to pay carriage charges for repairs or replacements under any applicable warranties.

Payment
Payment can be made online securely by any major Credit or Debit card, by placing your order you authorise Inkylicious to process your Credit or Debit card submitted for the total sale amount.
Your order will be processed in GBP - Pounds Sterling via a secure server SSL.
Paypal Card processing services: Our store uses the PayPal merchant services to process online debit and credit card payments using encrypted SSL. During the payment process you are transeferred over to Paypals own SSL payment server, you may be given the option to create or log in to a PayPal account, however A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED to shop at Inkylicious. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial and personal information is NOT shared with the merchant (Inkylicious). Please do not use or amend any email or delivery address within Paypal - this information is not passed to us, we only use the email and Billing/Delivery addresses as entered in our store at the time of placing the order. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction from Paypal as well as an order/payment confirmation from ourselves.

If Paypal is unavailable you may place your order online and contact us to complete payment by Telephone but only when this service is available. We are only able to accept Debit cards for Telephone payments and you must ensure you have placed your order online prior to calling.

We will dispatch to a UK address provided by you on our website at the time of order, Please do not use or amend any delivery address within Paypal - this information is not passed to us, we only use the Billing/Delivery addresses as entered in our store.

We aim to dispatch as soon as possible and not later than 10 working days after you have placed and paid for your order, unless a later date has been pre-arranged by you with us. During busy periods such as exhibitions, TV shows and events and public holidays etc then we aim to send as soon as possible. *Delays in dispatch due to exhibitions where possible will be stated on the main page of the website. Exhibition shows we are attending will be stated on the 'Events' page of the website.
Please note that some items may be indicated as being a 'delayed dispatch' item. An estimated dispatch time for these items may be indicated in the description of the item. You can request that any delayed dispatch items be sent on when ready, rather than holding up your entire order. We will then dispatch these items via Royal Mail.
Deliveries are made via Royal Mail with the exception of Craft racks - in which goods will be sent via courier service at an additional charge.

Ink pad and craft storage racks may be up to 5 working day delivery schedule. Working days do not include any UK Saturday, Sunday or any Public holidays.
Ownership of and responsibility for the goods will pass to you once they have been paid for and delivered to you.
You will not be entitled to any additional compensation for disappointment or loss suffered for delayed deliveries.

We will dispatch to a UK address provided by you on our website at the time of order, Please do not use or amend any delivery address within Paypal - this information is not passed to us, we only use the Billing/Delivery addresses as entered in our store.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and correct. Inkylicious will not be liable for replacement or refund of any missing items due to an incorrect shipping address.
Orders returned to us by Royal Mail or Couriers as unable to be delivered or collected by the customer will be refunded less any P&P paid.

Our Right to Cancel / Refund
We reserve the right to cancel or refund your order or part of your order if any of the goods you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information made by us and or received by us from our suppliers.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to shopping cart software errors.
We also reserve the right to cancel or refund part of your order if any of the goods you have ordered are unavailable or have been discontinued.
If we do cancel or refund your order / part order, we will notify you by e-mail and will refund your account any sum paid as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
You will not be entitled to any additional compensation for disappointment or loss suffered.

Your Right to Cancel
/ Returning Products

We are sure you will enjoy your purchase but if you change your mind under the 'Distance Selling Regulations' - you may request to cancel your order by emailing us at support@inkylicious-crafts.co.uk at any time within 14 days. If your item has already been dispatched/delivered you will be be issued a returns number which should be enclosed with your return item/s.
Following such notice any goods delivered to you must (except where goods are proven to be faulty) be returned at your own expense. The goods must be received back by us, unused, un-opened and in 'As New' saleable condition, in the manufacturer's or seller's original packaging by a recorded delivery service at your own expense.
The goods you return are your responsibility until received by us so we strongly recommend using a trackable signed for service, such as recorded delivery (to ensure it's arrival at our warehouse). 
We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken by the carrier during it's return - proof of posting will not be accepted for any returns not received.
Under no circumstances, other than in the event of faulty goods, will refunds be considered where the manufacturer’s seal has been broken or the packaging interfered with.
A refund of the price paid will then be made within thirty days of your notice only upon our receipt of the returned goods.


Damaged Goods
If your goods have arrived damaged in transit please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. Please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation for you and organise a return of the damaged item and a replacement of the item.
If you receive goods in damaged condition, you must notify us by e-mail, post or telephone, as soon as possible but no later than seven days after receipt of the goods.
Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.

Incorrect Orders, Missing Items, Faulty Products, Problems with Products:
If something should go wrong please don't hesitate to contact support@inkylicious-crafts.co.uk. Please remember to include your order reference number or if purchased at an exhibition a copy of your sales receipt. Please include a picture of any faulty items and a brief description of the problem.
We will reply to you as soon as possible, hopefully with an instant resolution. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately by ourselves, we will keep you informed of what action we are taking to rectify and put the matter right for you.

Products manufactured by Inkylicious, such as stamps & stencils etc are guaranteed for 12 months. If your product developes a fault within this time period please contact us support@inkylicious-crafts.co.uk with your order number and details of the fault and a picture of the faulty item, we will then advise on the return and replacement of the product. Faulty products must be returned before a replacement will be issued.

Products not manufactured by Inkylicious, such as Ink pads, Pens inks etc are normally covered by their respective manufacturers guarantees, these may vary by company but can be found on their respective website i.e: Ranger.com.

If you are missing an item from your order please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

If you have received an incorrect product please advise us using support@inkylicious-crafts.co.uk with your order number and details. If you are requested to return an incorrect item/s please return it/them and ensure you obtain a 'Proof of Posting' from the post office, we will issue a refund for the item you did not receive and a refund of the return postage you have paid when the items have been received back. Please email a copy of the the 'Proof of Posting' so we can issue a refund. If we have sent you a 'Pre-paid returns' label we do not require a Proof of Posting as the label will be trackable barcoded and postage already paid.

Please do not use incorrect items received as under trading standards - you will be deemed to have accepted the incorrect item.

Liability & Events outside our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, third party default, Royal mail strikes, Courier delivery delays, industrial actions or disputes and incorrect postal addresses provided by you.

We shall have no indirect or consequential liability to you in regards of faulty products. You will not be entitled to any additional compensation for disappointment or loss suffered.

Applicable Law
All transactions undertaken through this web site are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.

These Terms & Conditions will not in any way infringe or reduce your statutory rights.

Here at Inkylicious we appreciate you would far rather spend your money on Crafting Goodies than Postage and Packaging. Unfortunately it costs us to pack and send your items out, Royal Mail isn't free and due to their drastic price increases now charge 1 basic P&P fee of £2.50 per order - no matter how large or small. (This offer does not include Craftracks)
