Angel Policy – Use of Inkylicious Stamp & Stencil Designs
Inkylicious is pleased to support crafters who wish to use our copyrighted stamp and stencil designs in their own handmade craft projects, whether for personal enjoyment or limited items for sale.
We grant a limited licence for the use of Inkylicious products, designs, and images, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Unless otherwise stated, Inkylicious designs may be used for personal use, charity projects, and small-scale business use.
All finished items must be personally and individually handmade using original Inkylicious products. Designs may not be reproduced, copied, digitised, stored, or distributed by any graphic, electronic, mechanical, or other means, including photocopying, scanning, or printing for mass-production purposes.
Some Inkylicious designs are licensed artwork. Therefore, mass production or commercial manufacture of hand-stamped items in quantities greater than 25 pieces is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Inkylicious.
Use of a Brother ScanNCut machine or similar electronic cutting device is permitted for direct cutting only. Images must not be saved, stored, shared, or reproduced electronically on computers, USB drives, cloud storage, or any other digital media.
A maximum of 100 finished products per design may be produced within any 12-month period. Production beyond this limit requires written approval from Inkylicious.
Inkylicious designs and images may not be used to create other stamps, digital files, transfers, or reproduced merchandise for resale.
Stamped images may not be used as logos, trademarks, or for any other form of commercial branding or identity.
Finished products must not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation with Inkylicious.
A separate commercial licence is not normally required for the sale of small quantities of handmade cards and craft items at craft fairs, markets, or similar events, provided all other terms of this policy are followed.
Use of any Inkylicious stamp or stencil design constitutes acceptance of this Angel Policy, and no further permission is required within the limits outlined above.
